Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach
One of 91 oceanfront buildings followed by The Pompano Beach, a local publication about a beach town changing shape, from Hillsboro Beach to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Confirmed figures are printed as figures and the rest are marked pending, with the reason.
A ten storey tower on the ocean and a three storey building on the Intracoastal, on nearly twelve acres of Hillsboro Mile at the north end of the corridor. Residents fought the height in court and won, and the town rezoned the land instead. Topped out in February 2026 for early 2027.
