The first all-residential Waldorf Astoria, with a marina on the Intracoastal side, topped out in May 2026 for delivery in summer 2027. What stood on the lot before it was cleared has not been found: the county record already had it vacant in 2010, so the answer is in a deed or a newspaper from before then.

A vacant lot on the county record since at least 2010, bought by the Motwani family in 2011 together with the site across the road that became the Alliance apartments, and approved for 92 condominiums in 2015.
