The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach

Under construction 1380 S Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

One of 91 oceanfront buildings followed by The Pompano Beach, a local publication about a beach town changing shape, from Hillsboro Beach to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Confirmed figures are printed as figures and the rest are marked pending, with the reason.

Two towers on the south stretch of the corridor, one on the sand and one across the road on the Intracoastal, with the shared amenities split between them. The exterior was finished and the cranes came down in October 2025. Nothing above an agent site says when the first owner moves in.
