At the pier end of the corridor, where Atlantic Boulevard meets the ocean, on a lot the city has used for beach parking. Sales opened in January 2025 and no source yet reports ground broken. This is the third condominium scheme on the parcel in twenty years, and the first two were never built.

A privately owned lot at the end of Atlantic Boulevard that the city has used for about 230 public parking spaces, where two earlier condominium schemes, WCI's OceanSide from 2005 and Chetrit Group's Oceanside Pompano Beach approved in 2016, were never built.
